Scope of Service
This policy governs all digital marketing, consulting, and associated agency services provided by Muntasir Agency. By engaging our services, signing a proposal, or remitting an initial deposit, clients explicitly agree to the terms outlined within this legal document. The provisions detailed herein ensure clarity, operational efficiency, and mutual protection for all parties involved.
Refund Eligibility
We strictly adhere to a transparent billing structure. Because agency services require immediate allocations of time, specialized talent, and proprietary strategy, refunds are limited and subject to the following strict conditions:
- Initial Deposits: Strategy phase deposits are entirely non-refundable once the onboarding process and internal auditing have commenced.
- Monthly Retainers: Fees are eligible for a pro-rated refund only if requested formally within the first 7 days of the active billing cycle.
- Third-Party Ad Spend: Capital transferred to platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta) is strictly non-refundable under any circumstance.
- Creative Assets: Delivered design, copy, or video assets that have been formally approved are exempt from any refund claims.
14-Day Evaluation Window
New clients are granted exactly 14 calendar days from the delivery of the initial campaign strategy to evaluate our direction. Within this timeframe, clients may request a full refund of the management fee, subject strictly to a 10% administrative deduction to cover onboarding labor.
Cancellation Procedures
To terminate an ongoing service or monthly retainer, clients must submit a formal written cancellation request to our compliance and billing department. Verbal notices, text messages, or direct messages on social media platforms are legally insufficient and will not halt billing cycles.
30-Day Notice Requirement
All retainer agreements mandate a minimum 30-day written notice for cancellation. Agency services, campaign management, and final billing will continue normally throughout this 30-day wrap-up period to ensure a clean handover of assets.
Exceptions
Muntasir Agency reserves the unilateral right to suspend, freeze, or completely terminate services without offering a refund in cases involving client breach of contract, hostility toward agency staff, or unresponsiveness exceeding 15 business days. Furthermore, the agency is legally absolved from liability or refund obligations for performance delays directly caused by third-party platform outages (e.g., Meta Business Suite downtime, Google algorithm updates) or unforeseeable force majeure events.
